We will study certain sets of Borel probabilities on a Polish space and introduce a sigma-ideal of sets which extends the sigma-ideal of meager sets which, in many models of ZFC, is a strict extension. We will also show that the sigma-ideal introduced strictly extends the sigma-ideal of universally null sets and discuss some applications of Martin's Axiom.
