"Hecke Eigenforms and Non-Ordinary Primes"
Abstract:
A normalized Hecke eigenform f is said to be ordinary at a prime p if p does not divide the p-th Fourier coefficient of f. In this talk, I will report on a result of Jin, Ma, and Ono (Proc AMS 2016). Specifically, I will show that for a finite set of primes S, there are normalized Hecke eigenforms which are non-ordinary for each prime in S.
