Abstract: I will talk about a result Bill Mance and I have recently proved on the number theoretic and statistical properties of certain sets of number arising from their Cantor series expansions. I will discuss the numerous new results and strengthenings of known ones that follow as a direct consequence of our main theorem, and will talk about how the construction we have created is explicit and produces computable real numbers satisfying the desired statistical properties with some additional conditions.
