RTG Informal Mathematics Research Problem Session

This informal research seminar focuses on problems that are easily stated and intended to be readily accessible to interested undergraduate students while still offering a challenge and provoking thought for considerably more advanced attendees. The typical session may involve one or more speakers presenting background on a problem or topic along with related problem-solving approaches and results in a casual, workshop-like atmosphere intended to encourage audience members of all levels to active participation ranging from comments to taking over the chalk. All are welcome, and participants are free to bring lunch and eat while attending.
