Instead of a single long presentation, each participant is encouraged to bring a favorite word problem or application that has been used when teaching class to illustrate a topic in the mathematics curriculum. Hopefully, multiple participants will come prepared to share their ideas with the audience. We hope that this format will encourage broad discussion as well as the distribution of successful practices for teaching undergraduate mathematics.
