Roughly half of the algebra seminar will be attending special sessions on "Combinatorial Avenues in Representation Theory" and on "Geometry Methods in the Representation Theory of Reductive Groups", not to mention special sessions on "Combinatorial and Computational Commutative Algebra and Algebraic Geometry", "Noncommutative Geometry and Geometric Analysis", and "Cluster Algebras and Related Combinatorics" at the American Mathematical Society's Spring Western Sectional Meeting in Boulder, Colorado April 13-14, 2013.
