Cantor series expansions, a generalization of b-ary expansions, have many pathological properties, and two notions of normality, Q-normality and Q-distribution normality, have been investigated. I will talk about the relationships between these two types of normality in the context of basic sequences that are bounded and basic sequences that are infinite in limit.
