Title: Statistical Computing and Modeling in the Medical Imaging Data

Brief Abstract: Medical imaging is widely used in the medical research and study. In this talk, I will give a general introduction about the medical modalities, some software about the imaging analysis and visualization, also introduce some statistical models to analyze the imaging data. Finally, I will give some brief introduction about the research challenges in the medical imaging data from the statistical perspective.
